On 17 and 18 September, the historic Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan will once again host Sweety of Milano, an event that brings together more than 30 major Italian pastry chefs who will have their own stands to sell their creations.

For two days, the public will have the opportunity to attend master classes by chefs who are currently setting trends. Diego Crosara (so good #6) will give a masterclass on savory pastries, Roberto Rinaldini (so good #4)  will prepare his well-known Gnam-Bellina, Gianluca di Fusto with his Crostata Coco de mer, and Ersnt Knam, who will show his three-chocolate mousse. Fabrizio Galla, Alessandro Comaschi, Luca Mannori, Denis Dianin, Davide Comaschi, Luigi Biasetto, and Iginio Masari are all worth mentioning as well.
