In its last edition, held from 21 to 25 January in Lyon, Sirha has again demonstrated its great ability to convene people. The fair has beaten the record for audience with the assistance of 208,000 professionals, more than 10% than in 2015 and a 17% increase in international visitors.

2,984 exhibitors and brands presented 750 new products and services on an exhibition area of 132,000 square meters, which in 2019 will be expanded with an additional 9,000 m² thanks to the construction of a new room.

A great event that included 1,600 daily culinary demonstrations and the celebration of numerous competitions for all tastes, among which we find two mythical competitions: the Bocuse d’Or which has been won by the USA for the first time, and the  Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in which France won.
