New Dobla Pastry Academy in Vietnam

With more than a hundred guests from all over the world, Dobla has recently opened the Pacific Pastry Academy in Vungh Tau (Vietnam).

This new training center will run courses on chocolate and pastry, and will also be used by local chefs preparing for major international events, such as the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in France or the World Pastry Team Championship in the USA. Eric Kakebeen, CEO of Dobla Group, and Frank Haasnoot, Executive Pastry Chef at Dobla and World Chocolate Master 2011, opened the school officially.
