To celebrate its 100th Graduation, the prestigious Culinary Institute Lenôtre in Houston will host the Lenôtre National Symposium on Pastry Arts on March 6, bringing together chefs, professionals, partners, and friends of the industry to share knowledge and share new ideas.

This exceptional event will feature the presence of four keynote speakers who are well-known Pastry Chefs and Food professionals from all around the country and abroad: Roland Mesnier, 26 years Executive Pastry Chef at the White House and author of All the Presidents’ Pastries and Dessert University; Paul Rubber, founder of Chef Rubber, Charles Carroll, author of Tasting for Success and Past President of World Association of Chefs Societies, and Laurent Vannieuwenhove, Innovation & Nutrition Center Manager for Puratos Corporation.

During the Symposium the ACF Chocolate and Sugar Décor Competition will be held and will be open to both Professionals and Students with a minimum of $ 6.4K cash prize. Registration deadline is February 8 and the showpieces may be realized with a choice of several of the following mediums: Chocolate (must be 75% minimum of the showpiece), pastillage, and cooked sugar.
