Last 11-14 May, the Hofex Tradeshow was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, devoted to the food and hospitality industry.

As a publishing house, we had the opportunity to witness, one year again, such a major event, which is now a real reference in Asia’s professional gastronomy. We enjoyed the countless activities carried out and had the chance to closely meet some of the leading companies and professionals in this part of the continent.

One of the most remarkable moments in our trip was the celebration of the 20th anniversary of La Rose Noire, which we were very pleased to attend. The event had a very special setting – the Hong Kong Disneyland resort. Gérard Dubois, CEO at La Rose Noire, took advantage of the opportunity to present his latest book ‘Crafted Passion’.
