To better meet the needs of both visitors and exhibitors in the bakery and pastry sectors, the next edition of Europain will reduce its duration from five to four days. From 3 to 6 February 2018, the show will present its offer along the 48,000 m2 of Pavilion 6 of the Parc des Expositions Paris-Nord Villepinte.

One of the great innovations will be that professionals will be able to easily find the solutions they need thanks to a new segmentation focused on their requirements: Manufacturing / Production, Sales and Management.

Europain will also host new events, including a forum, located in the center of the venue, which will offer four days of exchange (conferences, interviews and roundtables), between experts and professionals, on current issues of the various trades in the industry. The other two new spaces will be Baker’s Lab, where non-stop demonstrations by the best schools and big names of international bakery will take place, and a bakery-shop-restaurant that was first introduced in 2016 and which this year will be equipped with the latest digital technologies and a cozy dining space to welcome all visitors interested in exploring all the possibilities of bakery catering.

The pursuit of excellence and inspiration will once again be evident in the three usual competitions: Bakery Masters, Mondial des Arts Sucrés, and the French Schools Cup, which will no doubt rekindle and excite the public present.
