In this elimination round each team will be challenged to create two artistic pieces (of chocolate and sugar), one dessert and a chocolate cake, all within five hours. On the first day, Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia and Costa Rica will compete. On the second, you can see the work of Guatemala, Brazil, Mexico and Ecuador. Also worthy of note is that on this occasion, the honorary presidency of the competition will fall to Sonia Arias. In addition, Gabriel Paillasson will be present, the founding president of the competition and of the Le Club Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie and Jean-Philippe Gay, member of the Organising Committee of the World Pastry Cup.
