This year Fully Baked Story has again organized a program of courses in Bangkok led by renowned chefs from around the world. In the coming months, some of the most popular professionals in the sector will be present.

Julien Álvarez (so good #8, so good #15), who premiered last January as a pastry chef at Le Bristol Paris, will give two master classes at the beginning of April, limited to 14 places each, where he will present the complete range of current pastry products from Café Antonia – Le Bristol. Attendees will learn by putting the great taste and texture classic range that are served at the five-star hotel located in the heart of Paris into practice.

In May, it will be the turn of Johan Martin who will explore, from May 4 to 6, the trendy symmetry viennoiseries. And only a few days later, from May 8 to 11, he will hold a masterclass with his great friend Guillaume Maubilleau. Both worked together for a time at Bellouet Conseil and will meet again in Asia to teach new techniques and two unique styles. In fact, Bellouet Conseil was also a shared stage with Julien Alvarez and the place where their talent and friendship were forged.

Cédric Grolet will not miss out either. In addition to sharing his handcrafted skill in two classes in June, he will sign his book Fruits. A great opportunity because due to the recent opening of his new pastry shop in Paris, he will limit the courses he teaches abroad.
