Within the framework of the Salon du Chocolat, the Club des Croqueurs delivered the much-awaited 2017 Awards du Chocolat that recognize the most emblematic chocolatiers of the year that have stood out for their quality and creativity, making bonbons, bars, and other chocolate allies.

A list, made up of 17 names, in which we find talents such as Lenôtre or Quentin Bailly (so good #8). As a point, the two international awards have gone to Japan.

• Award de l’excellence : Le Chocolat de H (Japon)
• Award du coup de coeur : Criollo (Japon)

Four prizes dedicated to bars were also awarded. Two awards France (Award de la tablette noire – Chapon pour Pérou Gran Nativo / Award de la tablette lait – Morin pour Vietnam Thanh Long), and two foreign awards (Award du design – Meiji The Chocolate /  Award des saveurs – Manoa Chocolate pour Hilo Hawai Island)-

There was also acknowledgment of 14 “Incontournables”: Arnaud Larher (so good #7), Fabrice Gillotte, Franck Fresson, Gilles Cresno, Henri Le Roux, Hubert Masse, Jean Paul-Hévin, Laurent Duchêne, Nicolas Cloiseau – La Maison du Chocolat, Pascal Le Gac, Pierre Hermé, Pierre Marcolini, Richard Sève, and Sadaharu Aoki.
