Horeca School, located in Bucharest, has announced six master classes with great, world-renowned pastry chefs, which will take place in 2018 and 2019.

The first to visit the culinary and pastry school to teach a hands-on class at the beginning of October will be Hans Ovando (so good #5, so good #11, so good #14), who has just won the Copa Maya as a member of the Chilean team. On October 21 and 22 will be the turn of Diego Lozano, the great ambassador of Brazilian pastry, who will carry out a chocolate demo. And to end the year, Marike Van Beurden, gold medalist at the World Chocolate Masters 2014, will teach the art of making plated desserts from November 15 to 17.

For 2019, the school will host master classes by Frank Haasnoot (from March 28 to 30), Nicolas Haelewyn (from May 22 to 25), and Martin Diez (from October 22 to 24).

Horeca is known as a top school in the culinary education field. Founded by Cristina Van Der Schaaf in 2009, events for the culinary industry are organized and tries to network the main decision factors in gastronomy field in order to help the industry to progress.
