After three intense competition days, the French team –captained by Jean Claude David and made up of the ice cream and pastry chefs Luc Debove, Hervè Dartois and Thierry Ramas– won the fourth edition of the World Ice Cream Championship. This contest, which is more and more gaining international recognition, was held from 24th to 26th January during the trade fair Sigep, in Rimini. After France, the Swiss team came second. Both the Argentinean and Moroccan teams came in third place equally.
