World Chocolate Masters

Edition 2009

Once again it was a grand universal celebration of chocolate, taking place again in the world capital of chocolate. The World Chocolate Masters, with its setting in the Salon du Chocolat Professionnel in Paris, demonstrated the technical and artistic possibilities of this product, and strengthens as the main international contest in this category. The absolute victory went to Shigeo Hirai from Japan.
