The French representative Marike VanBeurden, from Pic restaurant in Valence, is the new winner of the second edition of the international dessert competition C3, organized by Valrhona and held in Madrid Fusión. A spectacular dessert combining chocolate, walnuts and quince jelly which helped young VanBeurden be awarded with the first prize, overtaking Kanako Sakakura, from Norway, and Yannick Ferraton, from Austria. Yannis Janssens, from the USA, obtained the press special award.
